CNC System: The CNC system consists of a computer, software, and electronic components that control the movements of the machine. Bed: The bed is the base of the machine and provides support for the other components. It is usually made of cast iron or steel to provide stability and minimize vibrations during operation.
Headstock: The headstock is mounted on one end of the bed and contains the main spindle. The spindle holds the workpiece and rotates it at various speeds. The headstock may also contain gears or pulleys to adjust the spindle speed.
Tailstock: The tailstock is mounted on the opposite end of the bed from the headstock. It supports the other end of the workpiece and can be adjusted along the length of the bed to accommodate different workpiece lengths.
Tool Post: The tool post holds the cutting tool and can be moved along the length of the bed to make precise cuts on the workpiece. In a CNC mini lathe, the tool post is usually mounted on a carriage that can be controlled by the CNC system.
Carriage: The carriage is mounted on the bed and holds the tool post and cutting tool. It can be moved along the length of the bed to position the cutting tool relative to the workpiece. In a CNC mini lathe, the carriage movement is controlled by the CNC system.

Operation:
The operator designs or imports a digital model of the desired part into the CNC software.
The CNC software generates a G-code program based on the digital model, specifying the tool path and cutting parameters.
The G-code program is loaded into the CNC mini lathe's control panel.
The operator secures the workpiece in the spindle and selects the appropriate cutting tool.
The CNC system executes the programmed instructions, controlling the movement of the tool post and carriage to shape the workpiece according to the digital model.
Once the machining process is complete, the finished part is removed from the machine for further finishing or assembly.
