I remember back in 2015 when I start looking for videos on how to fix and upgrade my Predator engine and I found RBG's channel. Hard work paids along the way... Congratulations RBG your new shop is looking amazing. 👌

This is the first video of yours I've seen. Love the humble beginnings. As someone who programs bent pipe almost daily you should take a look at software called Bend-Tech. Its relatively cheap and super easy to work with, I use the SE version for what I do but you may be able to use the PRO version which is almost half the cost. In it you can program one off programs or full chassis. If you had a complicated multi-bend part I could make a program up for your machine to see how it works out. Let me know. Best of luck.

RBG that is the most beautiful tubing bender I've ever seen. Their attention to detail is incredible. The engineering and PLC{Programmable Logic Controller} is very high end. It is so quite and very accurate with programmable tolerance adjustments for flex are just amazing. Screate a note on your cellphone with flex % as you bend different tubing sizes and types.

I use a blue bullet tubing bender, its also a quick machine but its much bigger and heavier.....I'm so happy for you boss and can't wait to see what you can dream up.....keep pushing forward

I use my miter saw to cut wedges to check angles on the floor. You can also cut a hole in the blocks and use them to clamp your pieces while welding.

Its technically not cnc because it lacks the use of g code its more of an automated preprogrammed pipe bender not computer numeric controlled there is no graph or points to he aligned

I've always been told the seam should be on the inside of the bend.

Where the seam is means nothing when you are doing multiple bends in multiple planes on the same joint. I stopped paying attention to seam location long ago.

This reminds me of mu JB2400 ROTARY bender, just follow the pointer, it too used lubrication on the bronze die, total of 10 dies, of the which I've never used, nor did the guy I bought it from, the dies are impressive.. 2" well pipe..

Hey get you a " No-Dog" Level " Electricians use them to bend conduit like Offsets or multiple bends, can "eyeball" them but the "No-Dog" ensures your second bend in the offset is level with the first

No doubt that bender is awesome!! However will it do multiple bends on different axis on its own? Otherwise it just seems like your typical bender, that operator error can still mess up tubes.

Nice new machine but I don't think this is a cnc tube bender. Its an NC tube bender. A cnc tube bender would move the tube in the machine where it needs to be then bend it then also spin the tube, move it to the next bend and bend it again. You would usually give the software a 3d model of the what you want to bend then it would right a program for the machine. that is a nice machine though that will help you out a lot more than you previous one
