Whatever they learn to do has to be a high-income earner, and they must be able to pursue their activities in their own communities. That obviously limits their activities to agriculture, beekeeping and the like. Buyers will have to go to the communities to collect the products. If the buyer is an honest middle man, resale can be videoed to show that the gang members are not being ripped off.

What I saw is that the moment the Police drive in there is a shout called out to warn people that the Police are coming. By the time the Police reached inside they cannot find anything. In Trinidad and Tobago if the gangsters stood there armed when the Police enter there would be a shootout because the Police would try to intervene. TT is not Haiti.
