do what i do, buy your own refuelling appliance an fill from home if you have natural gas suppl, o r better yet, build a biodigester, make some of your own gas through biodigestion principles.

it has its own computer that takes several inputs from the engine and determines the CNG systems mixture ratio. typically from what i have seen a relay is added to the fuel injector and/or fuel pump circuits and the CNG computer cuts power to those circuits during transition, i'm guessing there is tuning involved for compensating lag time and overlap of the 2 fuel systems.

well, the equivalent octane rating of cng to petrol is 120, so yes, provided its tuned right, potential for power. i am going to tubocharge my cng falcon later on.

nope, a compressor has a working pressure of around 150psi. for natural gas (methane) you need a tank that can withstand roughly 3000psi! propane however can be stored at a much lower pressure as it liqufies easily. a compressor tank is probably never a good idea. something purpose made would be safer.

i get an idea in my head and i go all "Beautiful mind" n theres no talking to me. but the flex 5.3 has larger injectors and some other goodies. now this make my own fuel thing has got me kicking around the idea of single turbo setup on my 6,000 lb vehicle to make my tree hugging hipster douche bag neighbors scream at me to repent my climate sins

Yes with LPG Reg and jet up the carb appropriately. Just repaired an old Ford Inline carb. Nothing special. Get the equation for more fuel needed. And make sure your reg is facing the correct position

These are european-style conversion kits. For LPG/propane, a few parts are changed, but the electronics remain the same, just reprogrammed.

A fully electric supercharger would use more power than it would make. I've seen tons of videos and write-ups on it and all say the power that would be needed to spin a supercharger hard enough to create any boost gains would use enough power to need an extra alternator which In turn would create more drag pretty much equalizing the gain/loss back to stock. There is a car company now (cant remember right off hand) that has a turbocharger which is using electricity to get the turbo spinning to help with turbo lag so they can run a bigger turbo but once the exhaust pressure is high enough to spin the turbo on it's own the electric motor stops sending current and begins making electricity like an alternator/generator. So it uses electrical current to spin the turbo up then draws current to recharge the battery from the loss for the spool up
