Berkshire Hathaway's Charlie Munger says he's more afraid of the 'crazies' in the Democratic party than extreme conservatives.

Munger has always been a visionary. He has foreseen that it was much more likely for liberal crazies to run the country than conservative crazies. It's exactly what America is going thru right now.

Munger is one of the Richest men in America . His wisdom is above anyone who is commenting on this video. Calling him names and you are not even a millionaire let alone a billionaire is laughable

jimmy snooka Many scientists have PHD's in physics, biology etc. are far smarter than Charlie Munger, theyre just not in an industry which pays well. So really, you can dispute someones intelligence by simply saying they have less money than someone else.

+CyanideShock I would put Charlie Munger's ability to reason and arrive at a rational decision against anyone alive today. Granted, Jimmy Snooka implying that net worth is equivalent to general intelligence would be difficult to prove, however, the same could be said about those who specialize in a specific subject matter like physics or biology. I would assert that Charlie has achieved a level of mastery for reasoning that very few individuals could match, if any. He specializes in this very subject and has been recognized by numerous prestigious institutions around the world for his abilities with honorary PhD's and the like. His existence has been a boon to our society and the world as a whole.

Buffett also has lots of wisdom and believes in the Liberal Democrat ideology unlike Munger who leans more Republican. Democrat and Republican is like Coca Cola and Pepsi!

Recent discovery of Munger's existence involved what I perceived as disturbing hints that seasoned an otherwise interesting and illuminating collection of mental tools that he shared with his audience. I wonder, perhaps, if the worst part of that speech was the target audience, a close knit academic community called Harvard. It's a much different place than when the speech was given in '95 (Tuition was a big start), but I think it has got a long road before catching up to it's marketed image.
