Atf doesnt deal with pepper spray items, unless they're fired with a mechanism that would classify them as a firearm or explosive. Your local or state PD could, however, depending on your local pepper spray laws.

I still don't understand what's going on here please explain? What's the grenade spoon n pin got to do with price of beef here??? Please explain things because your presuming people already know certain stuff when I'm totally baffled it's annoying me

Pin acts as a safety, preventing the spoon from moving. Pull pin, spoon can then flip up out of the way which allows the spring loaded hammer to snap like a mouse trap. The hammer then hits another sharp pin which pierces the co2 cartridge. The co2 fills up the plastic body with pressure until it pops. Picture shaking up a sealed soda bottle except the pressure builds higher until the bottle bursts. Best way I can describe it.

That was the most inefficient flashbang ever, it jumped back at you...Get the Duke Defence PepperGrenade, the housing needs to be a thinner plastic that would break apart, with some pepperpowder in it, it would only work inside a room or car, outside not that effective.
