First off,in modern Western fighting,the "stop-hit" is from FENCING. Secondly,the "stop-hit" concept is as old as martial arts itself (which originated in Africa).Thirdly,it's not just WHAT U KNOW it's HOW U TRAIN and HERE is where Coach Rick and the Mays excel.

@JAQ4 then you obviously never boxed, you need these drills to make you sharp and react fast and naturally and know how to set up your opponent

i always like to watch u train ur fighters, but having watched almost all ur vids, it's pretty much Mayweather routine than anything else. plus, quite limited footwork. i'd like to see u analyzing other fighters' techniques, such as Pacquiao or Roy Jones Jr. I personally think Mayweather's very good at defense like a shell but rely too much on countering, which may not work when he needs to fight Manny. the lady in the vid is good btw.
