Thank you both. I now share Simone's message with every training partner of mine: we are drilling to help each other get better, which should be how we feel at the end of a drilling session.

Thanks, my husband and I have been doing a drill like this and then Playing skinny singles. It's a great workout . Really enjoy watching all your videos.

I keep hearing to watch the ball hit the paddle. I can't do it. I always look where I want the ball to go. How do I learn to watch the ball? I try, but I just can't make it work. Everything happens too fast. Do you always watch the ball hit the paddle?
