I remember that, I’m Australian and I go for Kings, i e gone for the kings for years, not just this year. I remember him starting shit, white, shaved head dude I think at the first game in Melbourne.

Frankly, it is awfully old all the “gaslighting” out of the Kings organization. The Kings accept mediocrity in the final analysis although they claim they are doing everything possible to put together a Stanley Cup contender. It isn’t true. They know they don’t have a top 4 team to even make it to the Conference Finals.

Eddie: “Making players uncomfortable” a la Mike Babcock? Or maybe asking players to be willing to go to those uncomfortable areas of the ice, meaning the low slot near the goal crease? Areas where attacking players absorb abuse from d-men and goalies?

That was the old school coach mentality where the coach was the bad cop and another player or coach was the good cop and it would motivate the players to give their all for the good cop because the bad cop was just that bad. The thing with Babcock is that he has gone well beyond bad and into total hideous villian territory. Yeah, he won a Cup with a couple of teams, but given the talent on those teams, it's really not saying much. I could go up there and play Pronger and Niedermayer 25+ minutes a game and be a Cup winning coach myself.

What about those OILERS Eddie...Aren't you guys watching the playoffs after getting bounced by Oilers in first round... hoping Vancouver beats them hehe...then putting all hopes on Dallas who everybody picked to win south of the border...always good to drop by here for a good laugh
