Today is all about the v-spiral position. Have you ever wondered how the professional skaters get their leg up so high on their v-spirals? Well, I will be sharing all my secret exercises and stretches that will guide you to accomplish an elegant v-spiral on the ice. Let me know in the comment section below what your favorite exercise is from today's "Stretch With Me!" session.

I love your yoga approach to Y. I would extend my emphasis on that muscle that’s between your lower thighs and hamstrings. Like stand next to a table or a counter or even a bar or something and do first position leg extensions and second position leg extension pulling your upper body down to your front leg. Hold until completely down comfortably. Then do Y next to a chair.

I wish I could do that I get very shaky when I put my skates on and go on ice. It does stop but it's annoying me every time I go skating. I do also have body spasms they hurt and they make me fall over on ice. Is there anything to stop this from happening I have balance problems due to my special needs that i have please could you do a video to help with this please. Xx
