Coagulation, also known as clotting, is the process by which blood changes from a liquid to a gel, forming a blood clot. It potentially results in hemostasis, the cessation of blood loss from a damaged vessel, followed by repair. The mechanism of coagulation involves activation, adhesion and aggregation of platelets, as well as deposition and maturation of fibrin.
Coagulation begins almost instantly after an injury to the blood vessel has damaged the endothelium lining the blood vessel. Exposure of blood to the subendothelial space initiates two processes: changes in platelets, and the exposure of subendothelial tissue factor to plasma factor VII, which ultimately leads to cross-linked fibrin formation. Platelets immediately form a plug at the site of injury; this is called primary hemostasis.

Sir ek query hai 4 sem me jese aapne padaya tha mene same vo hi exam me dala tha aap ne Jo diagram ya koi bhi point mene only vo hi likha tha bina or extra Dale or vo successfully bhi Raha me AB grade se pass hu . Par sir es baar mujhe material Kam lag Raha hai it's okk point me ho to bahut acha par sir fir bhi Kam lag Raha hai Kya mujhse kuch skip ho raha hai Kya sir me only aap ki notes use karta hu to kuch miss horaha hai Kya sir mera exam pattern sir change kar Diya hai 16 mark McQ 4, 5 marks ke 12 theory questions.

Abhi hum jitne bhi video upload kar rahe hai wo more than enough hai. Bus aap extra isme pharmacokinetic aur dynamic add kariye. Aur ager aap aur kuch extra chahe to bilkul study kar sakte hai ye achhi baat hi hai. But is baar ke lecture pahle se jyada detail me hain.
