Hey there Fish Locker. I just wanted to say that on the day this video was uploaded, my father passed away. He was 71 years old and he loved watching your videos. The last week of his life he was bedridden here in the living room and we would have youtube open on the tv and play all your videos for him. He loved watching you coastal forage and go fishing with your wonderful family. I doubt you will see this but I would like you to he really loved your videos and I loved watching him watching you. I hope that in his last moments your video brought him peace where I could not. Thank you.

Can you imagine a school teacher spending a term 2/3 hours a week watching and talking about your videos followed up by a school trip for a few days actually catching, harvesting, cooking and eating their prizes. you're a star I hope some teachers catch up and capitalize on your videos thanks for sharing.

As others have commented some kids don't do well in the classroom "me included" and this type of education will lead children into the fishing industry which during the Brexit changes means there will be a huge opportunity for them.

You don’t really realise how much sea life there is on our shores I am hoping that it’s a good summer and am going to take my granddaughters along our coast on a low tide and sea what is on the Scottish coast line. Really can’t think of a better way than to sit and relax on a Sunday afternoon and watch the fishlocker, those scallops looked delicious and mouth watering tight lines till the next one. Oops and a happy Easter to and the family

Liz, I know what you mean. On the rare occasions I get to spend a day at the seaside, I'm happiest rockpooling. My better half prefers the hustle and bustle of the high street, and I disappear for hours, following the tide out and back in. Even now, when I think I've seen it all, up pops a new creature and I take a pic and research it when I get back to civilisation. Can't wait for lockdown to end so I can get out there, Northumberland this time, and go for a good rummage. Happy Easter everyone. Stay safe.

I do honestly believe that we are all somewhere on the spectrum. Myself definitely. Haha. One of my appraisals from work likened me to "Rainman" 🤣 I honestly believe it is one of the reasons why I can retain such detail about the natural world - and actively avoid places with too many people. We also have several friends who are in a similar place as yourself. 💙

Nice video. Dipping the bread into the shells is my favorite also. In Italy they call this "scarpetta", eating the left over sauce on your plate with pieces of bread. But licking the shells clean also works :-)

Hey lad, love the channel , at a sprite 51 year old looking at starting my fishing legacy but have no idea where to start, I live in Aberdeen Scotland by the beach so thinking beach casting would be the way to go .
