Apparently when sitting down you are meant to turn it around so the base plate is BEHIND you if that makes sense.

Would you still get a good workout if you used a walker with it to help with balance? I’m worried I will fall while using it.

How much have you used it in the four months since you bought it? Has it broken or become damaged yet? Lots of Amazon reviews claim it doesn’t last long and it’s cheap.

I love the idea and I know it will get use cos I'm lazy and like to watch Netflix lol lol, but I have had it barely a month and it has started squeaking??? so - I am now going through the process but otherwise it is great.
