The matambre is a cut of beef that takes different names according to the country, such as malaya, suadero, skirt, sobrebarriga or white skirt.

1 beef slaughter (2 kilograms approximate weight)
9 eggs
1 grated carrot
100 grams of grated cheese
100 grams of cooked peas
1 red bell pepper
5 cloves of garlic
Parsley to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Ground chili to taste
Paprika to taste
