A reason I believe Coco Jones is so sure of herself and displays such confidence is because she has secure relationships in her life. These secure attachments unleash a side of the human self that cannot be duplicated or manipulated. It is authentic. Therapy helped me to recognize and acknowledge the importance of secure, healthy, and safe relationships. Rooting for you Coco!
