Some of you people are so tacky and rude on this forum. It's just food the woman is cooking. She was not cooking the food for any one of you to eat. So she can lick her hands if she wants to. If you don't like how she does it then go some where else. It would be nice to find a site where people can be polite and not use such foul language, where folks don't have to show how poor in spirit they are. Keep up the good work Yeti. I'm glad I found your channel today. I find it very informative and entertaining. Thanks, I will subscribe

+Marilene Fales It's both sad and hilarious how people react to chefs liking their hands whilst cooking. My mother hates Jamie Oliver for that very habit. She watched him a couple of times and despised the fact he put his hands back into the food. Even the mention of his name visibly upset her. It's a shame because I know she'd love some of the foods he cooks. But what can you do, people have different tastes.

Will definitely be using this. Thanks. And thank you so much for representing Cameroon because every time I look up how to cook a certain dish, it's always associated with Nigeria or they call it "Nigerian dish" as if only Nigerians own all the different African dishes. P.S. I'm not throwing any shade at my Nigerians, most of my friends are Nigerian and my boyfriend is too. I'm just saying Nigeria doesn't own every dish to always call it "Nigerian food", just call it African food and if there are ingredients that are specific to Nigeria then mention that in the video. For example when I liked up how to make puff puff almost all the search results said "Nigerian Snack". Puff puff is made by many different African countries, some people just have a different way of making it.

"I'm not throwing any shade at my Nigerians" oh yeah bitch, sure you aren't.. IF you felt the need to say that then you did infact mean to throw shade. just hush up and enjoy the video abeg. who asked you? yall africans so quick to show your jealousy for Nigeria and it just looks ugly, pathetic and stupid and redundant every time. get off our dicks! if u own the dish go on wikipedia, you can even like to buy the rights to the dish na. kmft. RUBBISH! I don't agree with her that it came from Cameroun btw. if she likes she should say it in the video a 100 times. and what you said about Puff puff is equally idiotic. the name puff puff is Nigerian! in Uganda it is called Bundazi. SO OBVIOUSLY when you go and search for puff puff that is what you will get because that is what it is CALLED IN NIGERIA!! Nigerians are recognized everywhere because the rest of you are too lazy to put your names out there. we are go getters. that's what I even noticed in school. out of all the Africans, NIGERIANS always strive for better to get their names out there and the other Africans will complain. oh why wasnt zimbabwe or congo represented? because you didnt put the work in dummy!! if u guys worked harder and getting your OWN country's name out there more people would recognize it. Nigerians aren't your slaves or fools to work at that for you. Get a fucking brain and a clue. I doubt the authenticity of that your "Nigerian boyfriend" now. don't take your jealousy out on us boo boo tuhh

@iroc31407 It appears that she used 3 roasted red peppers. You can usually find them in a jar and they appear flat due to already being cooked. 3/4 of an onion is 3/4 of ONE onion, but of coarse onion sizes vary.

Thank you for the cooking lesson, I love coconut rice. But please don't use any type of plastic as it's chemically processed which the food absorbs. Foil is a better option but not the best either. I found that using a rice cooker is a good option, but adds more steps to the final result.

Yikes, everything went swimmingly until that plastic bag turned up! Yes,they're readily available but I tremble to think of the chemical leaching going on here. A much more eco-friendly solution is the old-fashioned burlap bag or a clean tea towel kept for this sort of task. Nevertheless, this lady knows her way around a pot of coconut rice. Shalom!

im sure it taste very good but you need to be a little more specific with the measurements if your teaching someone to make this dish. i notice you said 1can of cocnut milk is a cup, when a cup is actually 8ounce, most cans are 16 1/2 ounce can. unless you meant to say one can instead of one cup.
