Wat is the difference in Kerala, Andra, tamil nadu, north india in food All over India, dishes are similar. Only names will be different and the method of preparation is slightly modified based on availability of ingredients. Eg rava keseri in south / sooji halwa in North. In Kerala a lot of coconut is available , so you people use coconut oil. In tamil nadu, groundnut / sesame is more, so we are using it . Bengal / north india, mustard oil is used. So I don't see a difference in food. They are sharing their views of recipes. If u like, u try it. It will use for people, who wish to try newly

Village cooking. ആണ് അത് ഏത് വില്ലേജ്. ആകാം. കേരളം മാത്രമല്ല. മലയാള ഭാഷയെ തള്ളി പറയുന്ന കേരളീയർ.
