I've tried my best to stay productive, motivated and positive throughout the past month but at times it has been hard. I've chopped and changed so many things in my shop and work life in order to accommodate things going on whilst still staying safe. I hope you are all well and staying safe in these super weird times. We will get through this! One day at a time :)

Ah your point about having a separate workspace is so true! I always find it so hard to switch off because I can see my desk and my to-do list in my bedroom! Lovely honest video - big hugs!

Everybody's struggling now I guess including myself. It's really crazy but there are many good people who loves to support small business and artists and etc. We can all cheer each other up and keep creating something fun while we are staying home like this. We can do this. Let's not give up. ^^ Actually I am working on my new website and online store these days and it always makes me to stop and think about it again and again. It makes hesitate but I will keep trying / going forward. Hope you don't give up too. It will get better. Keep up the good work. You are doing awesome job. I've been watching your studio vlog and love it. I am sure there are many people like me too. ^^

With the extra time I have I've been trying new things outside my comfort zone. When things are normal I just have time to keep up with everything I do so I'm avoiding television (I don't watch much anyway) and spending more time connecting with others and learning new things on Skillshare. One day soon this will be behind us and I want to feel good that I spent some extra time learning things I didn't have as much time for before. Take care of yourself :)

Been struggling with creativity just not feeling it 🙈 bit of positivity & productivity is what I needed! 💕 routine here is crazy, moved my mum in before lockdown & just all weird! Thanks for tips - as you may notice from my comments I am not sleeping 🙈

I'm still going to the local pharmacy to post mail. They've taken extra precautions every week to ensure everyone's safety. 2 weeks ago they would only allow either my husband or me to go inside, and last week when my husband went, they were only allowing a total of 5 customers inside at once. Everyone else had to wait outside on markers they had placed on the floor. It's pretty crazy, but I'm glad they're doing that. I definitely should purchase some stamps next time since I'm mostly shipping letter mail.

My Post Office and shops around me started doing the same. It feels much, much safer now! It's definitely crazy but I'm glad things are starting to move forward. :) xx

I too moved my computer back home, away from my studio and finding it so hard to adjust. All my items require me to be in the studio to make, so I had to shut my etsy shop 3-4 weeks ago now. My shop gave me my working day structure, so finding the first week I got quite a bit done, but my motivation peaks and drops :( Hope you are well :) Take care xxxx

I'm the same. I've now taken precautions so that it's safe for me to move back and forth my workspace without coming into contact with anyone. Luckily I live alone so I can enforce this easily. My printers and everything I need are in my workspace and it got to the point where I needed to work, for financial reasons and for my own sanity! I hope you are well and staying strong through this. My messages are always open if you need to chat. My motivation has peaked and dropped so, so much as well! I've had days where I've done absolutely nothing. But that's okay and we must remind ourselves not to be too harsh. We've never gone through anything like this before and we will get through it, day by day :) xxx

I just found your vlog and you are so refreshing and sweet. I’d love to learn your foil stickers. My grand daughter loves rose gold. You have a heavy duty printer. I went with an Epson ET and I’m not very happy with it. You are a ray of sunshine.

I'm definitely finding writing a list is helping...just putting small things down that I can do helps me feel like I am doing something :) (It seems like so many people are struggling to sleep, I don't suffer with anxiety, but have so anxious throughout all of this, and not sleeping well either. I then feel so guilty about feeling this way, because so many people are out doing a wonderful job :( xx

Yes! My lists are helping now more than ever, haha! And I've never ever struggled with sleeping before but lately I find it so hard. And I've also felt guilty about it because we are all in the same boat and so many people are risking their lives. A good friend told me that no matter what everyone else is feeling/doing, you're still entitled to feel the way you do and we should all be able to express that as well as everyone copes/struggles in different ways. xx
