@deathb128 The laser on the disk isn't reading. I had the same problem as well. what I did was picked up the xbox without the disk and shook it downwards in a violent motion. (Shaking the open disk side down) Hopefully it works!

Hey this was a pretty sweet short video. Very modest of you and you've got pretty much my exact views on religion. Most of a friends are christina and I've got no issue with them and even go to some religious stuff with them because they're my friends. I always find it interesting to know more about religions even if I'm not religious myself so thanks for the buddhism info! That kind of thing would be more up my street if I was a believer.

@Xethron Let me use the example of a black hole, which was predicted by Einsterins Theory of General Relativity. It allowed them to exist mathematically without and solid evidence until about the 60s. I would try and put and this in words to compare to God but I can't think of any.

@HarriboFTW14 жыл бұрын
@Xethron Children also dont blindly follow the parents, maybe at a younger age but as the get older they will probably begin to question things such as death and disease and they will ultimately question God as a result of this, which is when most people decide if they do actually beleive or not.

I was raised Catholic, and at times in my life I questioned if going to church was really helping but, I like being catholic and I like feeling that there is always someone watching out for me as my parents always taught me God was. But like you Hutch, I don't have a problem with other religions like my grandparents do. Even if your Arabic I am educated enough to know they're all not terrorists,I think living in North America our goal is embrace everyone no matter what religion they are.

Great quick game and thoughts on Religion. Over the years I have studied a few religions, one of them being Buddhism. And while I ultimately fall in the Humanist/Atheist area, I credit a lot of my belief structure and moral principles to the teaching and foundations of the Buddhist religion. I'm obviously not a follower of Buddhism, but I am a follower many of their stances (or something very similar). Keep up the great work.

Lol @ Hutch for kicking off a religion discussion on KZfaq. This oughta be good :D Christian here. Studied Religion and Psychology in college, then went on to study theology in Grad. School. My personal contribution to the conversation: religion, in many ways, is an extension of humanity in that as a human construction, religion has the capacity to accomplish amazing good or tremendous evil. I strive for the former.

@DYTisOver It is also logical to think that if a higher power did exist, that entitiy would be, by definition, above the rules and boundaries of this universe. If said being were to be bound by the laws of a universe He/She created, what would that say about the extent of that being's power? The fact that it is a claim that can't be disproved or proven, is where the "faith" part of the religious equation comes in. If it could be proved/disproved, it would be far too easy to choose faith/no faith
