I grew up in Vegas in the late 80's/early 90's and Noel's story hit way too close to home. lol Except it was both of my parents. My dad had a gambling problem, and my mom worked in casinos. So he would go up to her job to get money from her to play and leave me on the edge of the casino floor while he went to find her. The advantage in my case was that most of the employees knew me from that happening so much and my mom working there, that one of them would usually take me over to one of the bars and get me a shirley temple while I waited.

My wife plays slots and I have him in a stroller walking around the casino, then grab something to eat he looks at the lights and sounds and he enjoys it. Cody needs a friend to take care of kid while he gambles and switches off, no more marathon hours for him
