Historian and writer Dave Barrett discusses his soon to be published book about events and political decisions related to the end of WWII in the Pacific. His presentation focuses on four principal topics in the last year of the war: Unconditional Surrender, the escalation of the war, the Japanese wartime government, and finally, the key decisions made by the leaders in both Japan and the United States during the final months of the war.
