I think the distribution depends on the "quality" of the game. If there's interesting action or a good level of play, the cast will be on the main channel, otherwise on this one.

Tristan summed it up pretty well, this channel is for extra content I probably would have thrown away otherwise. Just giving the option for people looking for more while keeping the quality high on the main one.
