Just to clarify more for my understanding: Safepal wallet extension (chrome) can be used to securely send & receive & swap on a dex directly with the safepal hardware wallet? The bluetooth connected safepal hardware gadget (s1 x1) is not needed to receive a coin to the safepal hardware wallet via the safepal wallet extension (chrome)? The bluetooth connected safepal hardware wallet gadget (s1 x1) is only needed when sending coin from it?

Hi mate , I would like to add funds on coinbase but when choose payment method only showing credit card , e transfer which not working with me when I hit on it only opening my bank account with no action in order to complete e transfer 😢

I'm not sure why that's the case. You'll need to contact Coinbase about that. Out of curiosity, did you create your Coinbase account in Canada with Canadian ID?

When importing a software wallet (trust) into a safepal hardware wallet (x1) is that the same as sending crypto from the software to the hardware wallet, or is the hardware wallet merely acting as a vehicle while maintaining that software wallet? Does the safepal extension wallet allow sending/receiving between any software wallet on chrome and the safepal hardware wallet?

The seed phrase is what's more important as you can always import that into any wallet (both hardware and software). That said, don't import a software wallet seed phrase into a hardware wallet seed phrase. Create a new wallet on your hardware wallet and send everything over. You don't know if the Trust wallet has been compromised so its best to start new so you have more certainty on the security of your coins. Yes the extension allows you to do that but you'd still need your hardware wallet to verify transactions. Hope that helps!

@@cryptoforcanadians To use the safepal hardware wallet on the safepal chrome extension does the hardware wallet need to be imported with seedphrase, and can importing the hardware wallet be done offline? When using the safepal chrome extension to send/receive between any software wallet (trust) on chrome and the safepal hardware wallet are there gas fees? Is the gas fee for sending from trust within the safepal chrome extension just as much as when swapping in a dex or is it less?

No need to import. You would sync your wallet via a QR code if I remember correctly. There are always fees when sending coins from one wallet address to another. If you're importing a seed phrase from one wallet to another, no fee is incurred because you're not sending anything. Hope that helps.

Is the safepal mobile wallet required anywhere for that process? Does the safepal wallet extension (chrome) have its own seedphrase? Does the safepal mobile wallet have its own seedphrase, and, can the seedphrases be generated even when the desktop and mobile devices are offline? I had read that one of the safepal apps can host different accounts that would each be opened with their own passphrase or pin. Which app(s) is that? Is the bluetooth connection of the safepal hardware wallet required to receive crypto on the safepal app, or is the hardware device mainly used for the sending of crytpo. thanks for info

Yes the SafePal wallet can do that. Yes the mobile wallet is needed for that process as you'll need it to confirm your transactions. No it doesn't have its own seed phrase if it's a wallet connected to your hardware wallet. You can make an independent one and in that case yes it'll have its own seed phrase. I don't know if they can be generated offline, I've never tried. I'm not sure which app that is. No bluetooth connection or any connection is needed to receive crypto. All you need is a wallet address to receive. To send, yes you'll need the hardware wallet to confirm the transactions.

Hi mate ! I realy enjoy your video , i watch you for quite some times now ! I was wondering what would be the best/cheapest way to swap my bags of altcoins for bitcoin (and get the bitcoin out of the exchange after that) at the end of the altcoin season so to speak ? thanks

@@cryptoforcanadians awesome... this is my second bullmarket actually owning coins and instead of cashing out i would prefer to just use alt to get more btc ... let say in the 10-20k range currently ... i would say around 20 coins , mostly oldschool coins nothing too exotic

All crypto deposits are free but in terms of withdrawals, that really depends on what Coinbase charges. Their withdrawal fees are dynamic I believe.

I'm getting tired of going through KYC processes anyway, 3 exchanges is enough for me, Especially, with these fees. KYC just for USDC is not worth it, I also hate trading tier lists.

Yeah I hear you. Which 3 are you using? Yeah Coinbase is a no go for me unless it's buying USDC.

@@cryptoforcanadians I finally caved in and created an account with them and Bitget. I must say the experience is horrible. Sending out is locked for 30 days and they only allow 3 deposit requests a day. All this pain for a stablecoin!!!!

What about just adding my debit card on Bitget and buying usdc that way with no fees?

Their spread is higher and thus you'd be paying more. Trust me, this is the cheapest way to buy USDC.
