Ciao, Ragazzi! Kebab, is a dish of Turkish origin made of meats cooked on a vertical rotisserie. The Greek Souvlaki and Gyros meats , The difference between them is Souvlaki is meat skewered and then grilled .. Gyros are cooked on a rotisserie. Either horizontal or vertical thinly sliced. Ciao...
