for me number 1 factor is always my skin condition. Whenever i have cystyc acne and atomic war in my chin and cheeks i cant keep any eye contact no matter how much i force myself. Due to that i missed many opportunities in the last 6 years. and its been my best yeays of high school and early uni. Finnaly this june i started accutaine which seem to be helping very well. My skin is far from clear due to post acne scars, however i feel like my confidence is getting back. in the meantime im working on myself in other areas, so hopefully by the end of this fall i ll be in a better place in terms of confidence.hh

Interesting that you bring up the body language being connected to past traumas in childhood. Though I have done much therapy and other sources of healing to work through that. Yet I find that I myself might be having nervous tendencies being displayed in my body language not due to trauma from my childhood, but more from the experience of my past marriage that lasted about fifteen years. It wasn't a very healthy marriage, toxic in fact.

When it comes to the body language thing, I always hear about it in videos and shit, but when I’m actually in action, I forget all about it. Crazy
