In this weeks video I bake some bread with Italian herbs and garlic, enjoy some beautiful sunrises and go to a thrift store with my family. We also had the power go out, so warming up by the fire with candles it is!

For a "newbie" bread maker you sure made a delicious looking loaf of bread. I have been making my own bread for decades now and you know what? I prefer using my bread machine. Kuddos to you for just trying on your own without looking to Google for help. Love the red coat too! What a find. Thrifting is so much fun.

I also seen your channel recommended! I think because I searched for bread machine recipes earlier today. I actually ended up making cinnamon rolls with the dough and baked it in the oven. I’ve tried countless times to make bread, but I just kept on making a disaster 😆 but today I also went to a thrift store here in the USA called Goodwill and got a bread machine for $7!!! The part I struggled with was kneading dough. Love ❤️ your red coat!! You looked lovely!! Love from Raeford, NC, USA ❤

Oh ,I'm so happy the bread turned out, it sounded great, also I loved youre new red jacket you bought. There's nothing better than picking up a bargin in a good opp shop. I love opp shopping . 😁🇦🇺 It really suits you 😊did you end up finding out why the power went out ?

Thank you, I also really like it! Sometimes you can get so lucky with those things. No, never found out why the power went out, I just know it happend to the whole village and it happend multiple times during a month or so. Lately it doesn't really happen for long periods of time anymore, so thats good.

Sometimes it feels a bit scary to do something new and I sometimes get comments about all the things I should do differently, but I’m also just trying and learning and for me the bread machine just makes it a little bit easier to start with something new.
