Dosto Aaj ke es video me dekhenge ki Cold & Hot Loop ko kaise Check karte hai or kya dono me kuch basic Difference hai.
✓Cold Loop me humlog Marshalling cabinet se Field Instruments tk Continuity check karte hai jis se ye clear hota hai ki jo Control cable PLC ke Marshalling cabinet se Field Instruments tk hai o sahi cable hai.
✓Hot Loop Me humlog Control Room to PLC (System & Marshalling Cabinet) to Field instruments tk Loop ko Check karte hai esme Programming ke through Check kiya jata hai field Instruments ko so that ye clear ho ki hmara plc Field instruments se Proper communicate kr Raha hai.
It consists of :
*callibration of instruments
*Alarm ⏰ interlock checking
*Emergency interlock
*Low alarm & High Alarm etc.
