APPLE WITH CRUMBLE RECIPE
FRUIT
- 4 apples (you can also use pears, plums, or a mix of all those fruits)
- 3 spoons of maple syrup (I did not have it, I used 1 spoon of sugar)
- If you like add a little fresh ginger
- Juice of half a lemon
CRUMBLE
- 150 grams of oat flakes
- Juice of half a lemon
- 4 spoons of coconut oil
- 3 spoons of maple syrup (again - I used sugar, only 1 spoon)
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Peel the apples and cut them into pieces.
2. Pour maple syrup into the heated pan, add ginger and lemon juice. Add apples and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Mix the crumble ingredients together and blend.
4. Place the apples (or other fruit you used) into small heat-resistant dishes (ramekins).
5. Sprinkle the top with crumble.
6. Place the small dishes in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
