Yes, he had to go through the 14-day mandatory quarantine in SK before allowed to meet BTS. Most countries in Asia have this measure in place for foreign travellers and not all types of travellers allowed in. That's why Chris said he's grateful that he was allowed to enter SK.

I adore this collaboration...as you mentioned Chris has a very positive energy and with BTS was awesome, he is such a genuine person you know, you can feel his nice and uplifting energy and the guys also can feel it...normally I am not a fan of BTS making collaborations with western artist since some of them may use the guys just for clout and get some attention through them..basically just that and not really care or respect them as artist...use them but Chris Martin is something else, you can see he really respect and admire the guys, awesome person...
