Mmm don’t need a gym I started walking in the lockdown walked 20 k steps a day followed the weight watchers plan lost 5 st 3 lbs put a wee bit back on as I didn’t like the way I looked at my bmi weight but talked it over with the doctor and he put my bmi up a bit still Walk now and kept the new weight off ❤❤ good luck Colleen ❤️❤️

What's awful about her, ? She is never unkind to anyone, never speaks i'll of anyone. She is very good looking even at her age now, and is a fantastic singer. Not like the young ones of today trying to sing and just screaming out words. Do i detect a slight bit of resentment from you for saying she is awful.. I'll tell you what, if most people were like Collen the world would be a lovely place to live. She is honest and true. I'd have given my right arm to be with that woman, and would worship the ground she walks on.
