You’ll need a 30series torque converter to get the best out of this engine you’ll also need 1000 rpm engagement springs to go on the clutch of the torque converter then you’ll have to raise the engine 2 inches from the original bolt down plate on the frame I’d recommend a new throttle and cable. It’s definitely a process but nothing extreme welder, your basic tools, and local hardware and this project doesn’t take much to get going but if you think this is plug and play that isn’t the case here it takes some custom fabrication work.

Oh yeah really toquey! I installed commit 1200 rpm engagement springs and as soon as you touch the throttle it’s moving

@gavenhunt that's pretty cool. I ride mine in a small wooded area so that low end torque is fun. I rarely reach top speed, it's more about balance and ability to accelerate quickly to avoid obstacles

@@txrunroutdoors awesome! if your thinking about diesel swapping it i recommend rebuilding the motor before you even start it. Some of the torque specs are questionable.

No just completely tore the engine down and cleaned everything and put it back together with reasonable torque specifications and mine still runs to this day good luck with your build!

I think I’ve had it 35 tops with weaker engagement springs I’m planning on making a full detailed tutorial on everything about it in the near future as well as how to get more power out of this specific motor.

I used a 30 series torque converter off of Amazon, I’m planning on making a detailed video in the near future on how to completely diesel swap the Coleman.

From scratch 700-800 for brand new mini bike, motor 300, clutch kit 130, spacers throttle and other miscellaneous things add another 100 that’s the cheapest best route all depends on how much you want to spend but that’s just about how much I got in this one seen in the video I’d say your looking at about $1500 mark.
