You two are so fun and adorable together. Seth, you interviewed Colin during Covid (I think), before his "movie" came out, and I watched that interview dozens of times while sequestered in my home. I had just retired from a state department of transportation, and the two of you discussing modes of transportation at the end of that interview was too much. I would die laughing every time. I sent it to several people who probably thought I was nuts. If I watched it again tonight, I would probably still laugh out loud. Anyway, you are both lovely, and thank you for the laughs.

I have thought for some time now, that Seth paved the way for future Weekend Updaters & that Jost could potentially, one day Host a Late Night Show. - IF|Whenever Seth leaves Late Night, I want him to train Jost like he did on WU. Never before have I seen a Late Night Host Duo. & I think it would be rad to see that transition happen. Maybe afterward, Che could join Jost & be a permanent Late Night Duo. & Ik the Bodega Boys already sorta did it, but this would be fresh in its own way. & Therefore would be very refreshing to see play out. Altho, I do not want Seth to ever leave, unless he is taking Fallons place or something, but idk if I could imagine Fallon leaving. He basically prints money for NBC lol.

Everything here seems pretty spot on. I’d love to see you eventually put together a full program scaling from 5-10 minutes of jumping EOD, to 20-30 minutes daily. A nice jump rope progressive plan. Then people could graduate from that program and move on to shredded ninja, JRD90, etc. like a 90 day ramp up program

I feel Colin with the loud music in the cabs ...only that I'm actually puertorrican, live on the island and imagine being at a stop light surrounded by cars blasting reggaeton with the deepest base sound. So loud your car vibrates. That's our festive hellish experience on the daily.😮 6:05

Jost had a micro seizure. I get them as well. Photo sensitive seizures happen when, at a certain frame rate, Usually around 12 - 18 shutters a second. Good for him to still being able to laugh about it. Momentary loss of awareness, time loss. I get them too still in my 40s

I think *all* celebrities should take psychedelics before any red carpet appearances. Then put them in unrehearsed situations requiring them to think on their feet. I believe the result would be much less ego preening, and much more entertaining.😁
