Hunter's mum and sister were killed and then when he was an adult his brother died. The kid would have been traumatised and would have needed a lot of support in a time when mental health was an after-thought. After what he went through, I feel like it would be more surprising if he didn't turn out damaged and didn't engage in poor behaviour. I feel really, really sad for him in a couple of ways.

Jimmy would be HAPPY to pay him after he sues him publicly. Kimmel said, “The idea that Mr. Santos would claim we shortchanged him and used credit card purchases improperly proves once and for all that the man is a comedy genius.”

He was contracted as a famous person to do private work not for you to profit from, if you use that in a commercial context, you owe him commercial rates. I bet the "previously on Jimmy Kimmel" clips at the beginning the people have been contacted and the rights purchased...

I realize that's after his 10 year career as a NASA astronaut and 17 tours in Vietnam, but his 29 Olympic gold medals surely make up for that. No, this holocaust survivor and original settler of the Wild West should be given some leeway since he rescued so many from the Titanic disaster.
