yet in a way you could make the argument they are trying to give chiefs the easiest path. Give them the supposed hard teams up front when everyone is not in sync so they have a better shot at all the tiebreakers.

I think the Ravens going to KC is the best possible start for the Ravens. All that should have been on their minds, all of season, is "Why didn't we play the way we played all season long?" Now, they can get revenge, and make amends for just a poorly-managed AFC Championship game. And you have no pressure. No one thinks you are on the Chiefs level, since you spit the bit at home, last January. Not only do you have nothing to lose, but you spent the last week of last season breaking down how to beat the Chiefs. Now, you have 3 months of training camp to continue cracking their code. All this extra time and preparation on the Chiefs may serve dividends, down the line. Basically, just don't play that stupid game plan you did and January, and you have the element of surprise on your side.
