In the past figure skating season, we became witnesses of an era of upgraded difficulty of jump elements and elevated level of competitiveness. As the Olympic season draws near, we have reached the common understanding that the GOE score, as a pivotal criterion of the current score system, is a key factor that determines the final score, through judging the execution of jumps and the quality of performance. This video gives a retrospective to the GOE scores graded to various types of jumps by skaters who performed at the 2016 Grand Prix Final of Figure Skating and the 2017 World Figure Skating Championships, with an effort to seek the sweet spot of balance between difficulty and aesthetics.
ISU Guidelines for Marking GOES (goo.gl/5Qth2V) have grounded the basis of this video. We have selected a representative group of 4F, 4lz, 4lo, 4T, 4S, 3A, and combination jumps from Men’s Single competitions at the 2017 World’s. Matching each bullet that establishes a + and - GOE to the skaters’ actual execution of jumps, we’d like to state a commonplace but often neglected fact that only by observing the guidelines with objective discretion, will each skater receive the score that is truthful to their technical skills and most worthy of their performance.

在过去的一个花滑赛季中，我们共同见证了男子单人滑选手们提升跳跃难度后的高竞技力时代。而面向即将燃起的奥运战火，GOE执行等级分作为花滑现行打分系统中的一个重要指标，是衡量运动员动作执行度、节目完成质量，决定最终成绩的关键因素。让我们在视频中共同回顾2017花样滑冰世锦赛中的各类跳跃GOE，在兼具难度与观赏性的技术要求中，寻找最佳的平衡点。
本视频根据ISU官方出台的GOE打分规则（2016-17赛季），选取了2016大奖赛与2017世锦赛男单跳跃中的部分4F、4lz、4lo、4T、4S、3A （包含连跳），结合选手的跳跃执行表现，并列举了每个跳跃的GOE加分与减分项供大家参考，意在客观说明只有严格执行GOE打分标准，才能使每位运动员获得最合理的分数，最真实地反映他们的技术表现。

フィギュアスケート界の昨シーズン、我々は男子シングル選手共がジャンプ難易度を更に上げた厳しい時代を目の当たりにした。今、まさに迫って来るオリンピックシーズンに向け、演技の審判であるGOE（Grade of Execution）は現在フィギュアスケート採点システムの基準であり、要素の行いとプログラムの完成度を表す勝負の鍵でもある。グランプリファイナル2016と世界選手権2017、各種類ジャンプのGOEを振り返ることによって、我々は難易度と鑑賞性の兼ね備へを要求する現状の中で、最も美しいバランスを探る。
この動画はISU国際スケート連盟が掲げたGOE採点ルール（2016-17シーズン）に基づいて、世界選手権2017男子シングル全てのジャンプから4回転フリップ、4回転ルッツ、4回転ループ、4回転トウループ、4回転サルコウ、トリプルアクセル（コンビネーション含め）を取り出し、選手の表現と合わせ、各ジャンプの加点・減点要素を皆さんの参考として挙げる。GOEの採点基準が厳密に執行されるから初めて、アスリート達は自分に相応しい点数を得て、本当の実力で競い合う。
