Collection of Scriptures about Righteousness performed by "Listen. Pray. Meditate":
"But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well" - Gospel of Matthew chapter 6, verse 33.
"God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God" - Second Corinthians chapter 5, verse 21.
"What does Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness”" - Romans chapter 4, verse 3.
"Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead-since he was about a hundred years old-and that Sarah’s womb was also dead. Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. This is why “it was credited to him as righteousness.” The words “it was credited to him” were written not for him alone, but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness-for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification" - Romans chapter 4, verse 18 to 25.
"So that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" - Romans chapter 5, verse 21
"You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness" - Romans chapter 6, verse 18.
«Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place" - Ephesians 6 chapter 14 verse.
"“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed”" - The First Epistle of Peter chapter 2, verse 24.
"See, the enemy is puffed up; his desires are not upright - but the righteous person will live by his faithfulness" - Habakkuk 2 chapter, 4 verse.
"But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ - the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith." - Philippians chapter 3, verse 7 to 9.
"Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. Therefore no one will be declared righteous in God’s sight by the works of the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of our sin. But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus" - Romans chapter 3, verse 19 to 24.
"For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God’s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ!" - Romans chapter 5, verse 17.
