hey!! im an exercise science graduate to give me some credibility for what im about to say lol. but i would recommend resting at least 30 seconds between sets if you are wanting to see any gain in muscle size. those rear, even though they can seem short and like they don’t matter, they are crucial for muscle gain! obviously moving your body in any sort of way is great so don’t think i’m bashing the 20 min gym session! i don’t know what your specific gym goals are but just wanted to give you some informed tips! excited to see how the semester goes for you :)

Olivia Horner i do take a little bit of a break i was def exaggerating when i said i don’t take breaks between exercises! it’s normally like 15-20 seconds though so i’ll keep that in mind, thank u :-)

You should try using reusable bags for groceries! It makes it so much easier to carry from the car! Have a great semester

karalee holmes i actually have a bunch of saved bags, the ones in the clip were reused from previous grocery trips! sometimes i don’t have them in my car though but i usually take old ones to reuse!

I stop buying name brand printer ink years ago. Go on eBay and search your printer model. They have generic cartridges for so cheap and they work exactly the same.

Bryn i made it using picmonkey and lunapic and it took me like 6 hours 😅 basically just painted over pictures in picmonkey and saved them and made the painted part transparent on luna pic and then saved it again and then put each pic on a blank canvas on picmonkey
