The gyms are shut where I live again so me and friends have been doing virtual HIIT workouts together! We get a Zoom link going then do a couple online workouts together so we can keep each motivated. Been doing a lot of MadFit and Chloe Ting workouts. Or we'll come up with our own circuit. For example, we'll pick 3 exercises (e.g. burpees, some ab combo and a squat variation) to make 1 round. Then do 45 seconds of each exercise with 15 seconds of rest. And do 5 or 6 rounds. So it will be about 15 minutes of work- short but efficient and v sweaty 🥵 MadFit has some fun dance ones too if you're feeling something more chill. Loved this vlog and I'm buzzing for Vlogmas!! Keep at it Anna, you're killing it 👊💛 xoxo
