This happened to me today when I ordered a mocktail in middle of a busy restaurant. Pink drink in a high glass, with impaled strawberry and lime segments, big pink straw and bright red umbrella. It was actually very tasty, refreshing, and looked so much nicer than the ditch water brown stuff I usually order.

Then she got mad and eventually she made me the vodka redbull which I had asked for. Funny thing is that I even offered to buy the vodka cranberry but she wouldn't sell it to me anymore 🤔

As a bartender we cant afford wastage and if those beers weren't sold immediately afterwards the customer wont want it so itll be a huge stock loss to the company. Of course accidents happen but if a customer did that consistently i would tell them they have to pay for them

I'm a bartender and I can guarantee you can get away with this shit out of spite. But you have to make it look like you've put a lot of effort into it so the manager doesn't think anything of it. Especially the dick one. I'm joking of course. Edit: ps I mean making the drinks girly not the actual wasting of the drinks. That's a pretty big no, by the second or third drink you should probably recommend something they're clearly looking for.

The shape of the different beer glasses actually accentuates the aroma which makes the beer taste better so whenever I get a tulip/chalice glass it's typically a better beer. Sorry I like my beer better than how masculinity is "supposed" to be

Guinness is served in pints, as are all beers that have any flavor. It doesn't really matter what glass you use for a lager or "boutique" beer as they tend to lack aroma.

Sean Sometimes alcohol content as well. The only beers we serve in an 8oz pour have 11-13% alcohol, it would be illegal in our state to serve it in a pint. And sometimes for incredibly strong flavors, like when we have a somewhat sweet stout that pours like mud, we end up wasting half the keg if we sell it in large pours cause people only drink about half their glass. If we charge just a little less for a smaller pour everyone is happy. People don't feel like they wasted their money not finishing their drink, and we sell more glasses.

If you ever ask the bartender that they're going to recommend you the two most expensive drinks on the menu. Literally don't ever ask a bartender this because also, the answer is totally dependent on personal preferences, and it's basically a bartender or server's nightmare to answer this question.

I never understood men being embarrassed by "feminine" glasses. It's not manly to be so insecure about your manliness. To me, what makes a man manly and sexy is confidence. He could be wearing a dress and heals and he doesn't care. He knows he's a man and no social norms can change that. To me, that kind of confidence is super sexy.

Yup if it wasn't for the electoral college, millions of diverse, rural Americans would be underrepresented and overshadowed by multitudes of inner city people that all come from the same backgrounds and have a narrow view of the world. The only joke is that the politicians and media have done such a wonderful job of brainwashing these idiots into thinking corruption and lies should be accepted as just a natural part of the American political structure.

BestServedCold What has Trump lied about? He stated that he was going to place a ban, he fulfilled a campaign promise, the first politician in several decades to do so might I point out. Not all of his policies and actions are things I agree with but I see them as a man that honestly has the best intentions for the country in mind, rather than another self serving, self promoting, politician that couldn't care less about the American people and simply wants to appease her party and her voters so she can be that first lady president. Even with the fact that she has used cover up after cover up, scandal after scandal, murders, lies, and two or more personas for her private and public life. That the media has been bought and paid for by the DNC and while they try to make mountains out of Trump's molehills, they refuse and fail to report on the multitude of corruption by both the DNC and the RNC.
