I have coloboma of the optic nerve in both eyes. Every eye doctor I’ve had wants to sit and look at them so it’s obviously not your everyday condition. 🤷‍♀️

I have it in both eyes too my left eye is perfect but my right is terrible. I’m extremely sensitive to sunlight tho and I’ve played football all my life! As I grew up my family always wondered why my eyes were shut in every photo outside

@@hamidnasir8353 It’s gotten pretty bad. I don’t even drive any more due to the double and even triple vision at times.

@@jacobdesmarais8847 That’s too bad. I’m sorry to hear that. Do you double vision? Near or far sighted? I’m very near sighted, have a lazy eye, colabomas in both eyes and weird cyst things on both optic nerves. I hear you about the sensitivity to light. My eyes start burning and watering if it’s really bright out.

@@goldibee don’t be sorry I love being part of .01% of people on the Earth with this condition! I don’t regret anything! But my vision is a little nearsighted but it’s improved greatly over my life

Hi, my son has coloboma he's 8 years old.. is there anything that can be done? Cause he falls allot and gets injured very often, cause his mobility is not the best! Maby there is some training I can do with him to make that better or improve his muscles memory for mobility or something?! Cause it really pains me to see him like that and feel so helpless!
