But you know him as Coach Prime now & I'm sure most of you didn’t know that about 10 years ago is when he first picked up his coaching whistle and started his journey to becoming the coach you know today and has been winning ever since. But up there in boulder colorado he has done way more than just become the next Head coach. By bringing in record breaking revenue earnings, to local restaurants adding different food options to their menu, to saving people’s jobs we’ll discuss and get to more of those later. But as of Speaking on saving jobs We must start with the guy who hired coach prime at his new home. Rick George the athletic director , who has had a long journey of finding that one Head coach to bring that winning atmosphere to boulder, Colorado. Because he was slowly making his way up the list of being the next to be fired if their football program didn’t turn around.

In most instances, great players make poor coaches. I was following him at Jackson State while living in Thailand and was impressed! Now back in Texas, I was excited that he took the job at CU! Seeing the packed stadium against Colorado State sent chills up my spine! Go Buffs!

He's the World Series, the Superbowl, the NBA Finals, the World Cup, the Boston Marathon, the State Fair, the Stanley Cup, the Rodeo, the Kentucky Derby, Taylor Swift & Beyonce Concert, the Daytona 500, the New Year's Eve Ball Drop, the Olympics!!!.... No, losing by 28 points a game in 2022… Rick took a chance, rolled the dice…he got lucky other schools rejected him, Boulder is now the Mecca, the center of College Football. FOX 1, ESPN, & College game day. Colorado Buffs are blowing up, the 💰💸💰💸💰💸 is rolling in, little Hollywood lands in Boulder…,$18M/$19M was made by the local businesses in & around Boulder during the first home game…Now the behind the scenes organizers are talking of making him the highest paid coach, with a $166M contract for 10 years…with a salary, merch sakes at 800%, sold out games, bigger TV revenue can be the source, a weekly coaches show. Then with his own endorsements, Coach Prime is a possible worth of $25M to $30M annually…the team now is playing ok, at 3-2, they’ve shown they don’t give up, even with 5 injuries on the starters. The other Louie has started stepping up. The $166M is well deserved
