He turned a losing program into a winner, and put HBCUs on the map. He wins everywhere he goes. Who is Deion "Coach Prime" Sanders?
Sanders started his coaching journey much earlier than 2020, with youth football, but is most notable for his coaching in NCAA football. Starting with his 2020 hiring at Jackson State University, this video takes you through the highs and lows of transforming programs - even an entire region - from impoverished to prosperous, football programs from irrelevant to the biggest stage. More will be told about the 2023 (and beyond) Colorado Buffaloes, but this video goes through their 3-0 start in the 2023 season.

Coach Prime got out of Jackson before Ninjas pulled Deion down to the bottom level which is where they are comfortable living at , winners like Coach Prime live in a different mindset always reaching to get to the top .

He’s a good man and wanted to help Jackson but Jackson did nothing to help him help Jackson.the man always knew he could coach why he was coaching his kids and opened his own school to provide his own opportunity.the man has God in his life and there is nothing he can’t do and he know it.he’s blessed you don’t get blessed if your not living right.

That’s not true. Jackson help put him and those kids on the stage for where he is now. Trust me.. I support him but he couldn’t get where he is without Jackson. He needed them and they needed him.

This video was excellent. We the public, really don't know what happens in the background. He could have complained about what Jackson State didn't have instead he made it his business to get them what they didn't have before. A extra practice field, uniforms, helmets, cafeteria. I bet you behind the scene he has developed relationship so thar Jackson State and the new coach has access to these things going forward.

If they can recruit top tier linemen for the offense and defense and stay undefeated through the first half of the season they could be ranked inside the top ten. But the loses have to be kept down to one or none.

Deion is a great man with strong convictions, but realistically we're half way through the 2023 football season and the same teams that ended at the top last year are still there. The fans need to slow down and let the team's process of development take place as all of the other powerhouse schools did. A new quarterback development will have to start for the future, because Shedeur only have one year of eligibility left.

It also points out his thought process in knowing when it's time to go if there is no good fit. He displays what he seeks in others: smart, tough, disciplined with character! He is not perfect! So those who always try to drag him as relates to his marriages, find a mirror and gaze in it! The man I see is a great father, son, preacher, leader of all ages and a great coach. Enough said.
