A Denver man convicted of human trafficking received one of the longest prison sentences for those charges - if not the longest - in the United States on Thursday afternoon.

Some states life don't mean life tho. Here where I live a life sentence is an actual life sentence. Some life sentences are life with the chance of parole.

The reason he was sentenced that because each victim had a value equally. So let's say he had 4 victims. Each one was worth about 110 years.

Victims are drugged against their will. You try "being strong" when you're sedated. Really think about this, and the other ways people are controlled, coerced. It's not a matter of will. Chains must be broken.
