He isn't wrong. Peanut butter has a lot of fat in the peanut oil. Crunchy peanut butter has less oil than smooth. Therefore healthier for you.

And what else we learned from this video is that in Sweden and Finland the easiest way to tell if you're a psychopath or not is to ask "toilet paper: over or under" 😄
