Hi everyone,
Today’s video is about glasses and makeup for when you wear them. And because most of the makeup tutorials for glasses out there are made with neutral colors, I thought I shall give you guys a version with colorful makeup.
From my experience, wearing glasses for the last 28 years my main problems wakeup wise were:
- the foundation that always melted on the nose
- my eye makeup was almost invissible when wearing them
I have completely different prescription on my left eye than on my right eye, I wear certain glasses when I read, different glasses when I drive and different glasses when I work . If I use the same glasses for all these activities I have terrible headaches or I simply end up seeing everything very blurry.
I’ve always had multiple pairs of glasses and unfortunately my vision only got worse throughout the years so I change prescription quite often.
So if you’ve been wearing glasses your whole life, I feel you. But they shouldn’t stop you from doing your makeup in a certain way. if anything, they add a touch of charm and some mystery.

Putting eyeshadow primer on where your glasses sit is a brilliant idea. Will definitely be trying that the next time I wear put make-up on...quite when that'll be is anyone's guess 😕 💙.

That was SO awesome since I wear glasses most of the time as sometimes makeup irritates my eyes when I wear contacts. Also, do you have any tutorials that can show me how to cover deep wrinkles under my eyes and also on the sides of my eyes? Love your channel. I love the wand on the Glossier boy brow. My brows are dark so I use it to keep hairs under control and I use the clear formula. I’ve noticed that it’s really not clear but rather a milky consistency that doesn’t seem to evaporate. I much prefer the Anastasia Beverly Hills clear formula. I wish they would use the smaller wand as in the Glossier. Thanks for all your tips!

I think that when wearing glasses you can definitely get away with wearing a bold eye look. I find that with my frames ( most of them are cat eye) it looks really great when I wear eyeliner, but more on a thicker side.

I wear glasses and powder the sides of my nose after primer and before I apply any foundation or concealer... the powder really helps the makeup last when you place it down first 👍

Wauw! Lóve it. My glasses are almost the same. But I have blue eyes and very dark circles Green/blue eyeshadow make my eyes appear as black eyes. But I love these colors. What to do?
