Even if they have no shipping, the prices they put for people in the USA are higher than the ones here in France, so they do take shipping into account in some way. Its the same with me, and I know for a fact its not possible to get any of the books in Norway, here its crazy not any books to get. Also if I am waiting for something in the mail here, it can take 3-4 weeks, but from Japan it comes after 3 days
