Wholeheartedly agree with the AI issue. I don’t agree with it and don’t want to support it. I wish Amazon would make it mandatory to denote if AI was used. Unfortunately, I do think some publishers that use AI try to dupe us when we buy books. I don’t mind if other people color it or buy it, I just don’t want to.

I say to each his own if you like it color it ! Ai is not going away ! But I agree the publisher should tell you in the description of the book if it is Ai . I have a couple books and they are Ai but I adore them ! I support our artists and spend a lot of money on their books ! So I don’t feel bad ! ❤

When it comes to buying Amazon printed adult coloring books, if I can buy any of these Amazon printed adult coloring books digitally, I will be buying the digital versions of the Amazon printed adult coloring books that I want to buy so that I can print the images on the paper what to print on using my HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e inkjet printer since I despise Amazon paper to color on. On the images you are going to color that has an image to color or not to color on the back page, is to apply two or three light layers of the transparent Daniel Smith Watercolor Ground or the Golden Satin Glazing Liquid on the image you want to color using alcohol markers, allowing the two to three light layers of the transparent Daniel Smith Watercolor Ground or the Golden Satin Glazing Liquid dry first, preferably for 24 hours at least before coloring the image with alcohol markers. This prevents the alcohol markers from bleeding onto the back page of any coloring book that has an image to color or an image that is already colored for you.

I also tend to prefer brand name stuff in general, that doesn't come from gibberish no name companies where most knockoff stuff is made. But Ohuhu is not a name brand either as far as I know. It just seems to be the most famous art supply from a no name company. I'm realizing though, just recently getting into art stuff and coloring as a side hobby, that art supplies seems to actually be one area where you can find a lot of good quality budget products from those no name companies. I just spent only $10 to get a set of those lost girl colored pencils and they look pretty nice tbh. Though I haven't had a chance to test them yet, but the reviews seemed decent enough.

Went looking for a KZfaq flip through of some of this artist's coloring books to see what they look like quality wise and it seems I've found a coloring KZfaqr who likes RPGs, that's a nice surprise.

I think color books go in trends. For a while it was all zen doodle. Then it was all super complicated and detailed. Now it’s cutesy. It’ll come back around. I also know, like you said, we all have such different tastes in coloring books, regarding what we do and don’t like. For me, it’s Hannah Karlzon. I see and appreciate her talent but I just don’t enjoy her books or coloring her art, no matter how I try. Yet most see her as a fav, and for a long time her books were all the rage. So yeah styles change. Be patient. They’ll change again. Thanks for sharing your haul 😊
