The best way to mask those added lines to the drawing is to paint over them with a thin layer of white gouache or white ink (I’ma fan of the Windsor & Newton Ink). Then once it’s dry you can add pencil right over it.

Whenever I become “disappointed” with my pencil sharpener I first try sharpening several graphic pencils with the sharpener which helps clean the blade or second (if the sharpener allows), I change the blade to a new one. I’m particularly fond of my M&R brass sharpener and replacement blades are very affordable.

i always seem to have a problem when sharpening my crayola pencils, the lead seems to just come out like yours did.

Me too! Total bait and switch scam. Only seven days free (which is their usual offer) and must give credit card to be automatically charged. If you really believe in your product you don’t need an autobill in a week, people would want to keep subscribing if product that great.
