Very nicely shown. Actually I am one of those who makes it by boiling tea powder with ginger and cardamom first and then adding milk and bring to a boil. Tea will not be bitter even this way. In fact earlier I used to do your method, but later learnt the method I have just described. I have not noticed any change in the taste in both methods. The quality of tea powder makes some difference of course. I also add dark jaggery (unde bella) instead of sugar. I add it to water with tea before adding milk. In my view the taste is really better than that of sugar based tea. This jaggery is a good combination with ginger and yalakki. Not saying which method is right. Like you say everyone would have arrived at their own way over time. I like your video, your simple way of explaining. Those who are new to making tea, youngsters will surely learn from such videos teaching everyday needs. Thank you.
