Wat will bhau do? Nothing, his has won by one lakhs votes. Now he is sitting on his balls. He will say Paus chod padla manun rastear udik barla. Paus tamblea uprant udik voitolem. This shows how our corrupt Goa Engineers & planners work. May be a plumber could have done a better planning. The PWD department should be inspecting to check proper engineering & planning is done on Roads so that proper elevation & drainage is taken into consideration. This shows Goa Engineers have no clue. They just built roads just because a highway has to be built
